ABOUT US
Brian is a Tampa native who went to law school in San Francisco and stayed for 30 years. Having returned home to Florida, Brian and Genie settled in a condominium in downtown St. Petersburg. We quickly noticed a void in the Home Watch services market for seasonal residents of downtown St. Pete condominiums. Brian’s decades spent as a corporate lawyer, and 27 years managing his multiple rental properties, helps him understand the unique needs of part-time residents of high-rise St. Pete condominiums.
Brian and his wife Genie have two adult children, one residing in New York City (she is a theater fan) and the other residing in Salt Lake City (he is a snowboarding fan). In their spare time, Brian and Genie enjoy the Pass-a-Grille beach and the ski slopes in Northern California.

WHAT IS HOME WATCH?
Home Watch is a Visual Inspection of a Home or Property, Looking for Obvious Issues. Inspections are typically either weekly or bi-weekly.
INSURED AND BONDED
We have $1M/$2M general liability insurance, are bonded, have undergone criminal background checks, and meet NHWA continuing education requirements.
HURRICANE MONITORING
Your home will get a prompt inspection after every storm. Mold, HVAC/electrical/ plumbing issues, and water intrusion may occur after a storm, even in a new building.
PERSONALIZED REPORT
A personalized report detailing the inspection, with appropriate descriptions and photos of any uncovered issues, will be emailed on the date of inspection.
INSURANCE COMPLIANCE
Some homeowners’ insurance policies require either regular entry or for owners to obtain a separate policy or unoccupied endorsement in order to make a damage claim.
CONCIERGE SOLUTIONS
We offer concierge and tailored solutions to meet the needs of high-end property owners, including automobile checks, contractor access and mail retrieval.
